The General Service Administration is turning to strategic sourcing for building and maintenance operations, and has issued two requests for proposals.
The RFPs will result in two multiple-award, government-wide contracts to help provide GSA building and operations services.
GSA is issuing an unrestricted RFP and a small business RFP, specifically targeting businesses in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia as part of a pilot program, with plans to expand to other zones in fiscal 2016.
The deadline for proposal submission is Dec. 4. Industry partners may submit questions to fss.bmo@gsa.gov, until Nov. 2.
